The AIO has launched its Insurance Leadership and Management Program which is human resource development program targeting various cadres of management staff working in the insurance sector.
The launching of the program took place during the 28th African Reinsurance Forum in Cairo, Egypt in the presence of the President of the AIO Patty Karuaihe-Martin, Executive Committee members and other top Egyptian officials.
The Lead Consultant for the program, Dr. Ben Kajwang MBS B, CEO/Director of the College of Insurance, Nairobi said the AIO Insurance Leadership and Management Program is designed among others, to facilitate the target groups acquire the desired knowledge and skills in leadership that should enable them to competently address critical issues of the organizations and provide solutions or direction.
There are three levels of program and they are progressional.
– Middle-Level Management Course
– Senior-Level Management Course
– Chief Executive Officer Course
